Relax! Your account and tokens still exist, and you'll be able to access them! We're not eating your tokens :)
We discontinued using the Token ID in October 2016 in favor of a better system. You can now login to PrankDial using a phone number, email, or Facebook account, which means better security and fewer lost accounts for everyone.
In the case that you do have an old Token ID, you can login using the email you used to purchase your tokens. We’ll follow-up by sending you an email that will link you to your account. In the case that you’ve forgotten all the details, or this doesn’t work for you, just reach out to us in Support and we’ll help you recover both your old account and tokens.
